My endo doc told me of a sweetener that she uses called Chocoperfection. Anyone heard or used this? I googled and found it has erythritol in it, and it is derived from the cocoa plant.

If nobody has used or heard of, try googling. This could be really great to bake with. I might try it.

I bake with erythitol all the time and it is great. I've never heard of the specific one you refered to but it sounds good.

p.s. On their website they also have a sweetener called "Sweet Pefection", maybe that is what your doctor was referring to.
