Had two square of jets pizza today at lunch. According to their website they are 31carbs per slice. I was a little worried but only ate two slices instead of my usually one million. Lol.

I tested after and my bs was 103, tested four hours after in case I got a late spike and it was 100.

Not saying In going to eat this many carbs at each sitting but I'm celebrating the small victory today.

I have a hard time with that. I want EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE to be once a week. Alas, it is not to be. But I also do pretty well as long as I only overindulge once a month. ONCE. And make sure I ignore the carb cravings that come with it.
