16 oz cream cheese
8 oz unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, mashed
1/2 t. oregano
1/4 t. basil, dill, marjoram & black pepper
Soften cream cheese and butter:add herbs and garlic. Blend well. Refrigerate overnight to blend flavors. Freezes well. Use at room temperature as spread on simple crackers or makes a good vegetable dip. This is scrumptious on a baked potato for those who can eat one!
