I have made this for yrs. Due to the high cost of the cheese to begin with I made my own.
I only make half of that recipe.

I stuff it in chicken breast & add pine nuts or slivered almonds. I even put it on broccoli & stir fry lol. I also put it on fish. its a great all purpose thing :humble:
I made a snack & put a dab on a endive leaf with caviar. Talk about wicked.

when I ate sandwichs I used it instead of mayo. I bet it would be good mixed in eggs.
