I have just bought Diabetes Solutions by Bernstein but I live in UK and although it is a fab book all recipes are in cups. PLEASE what size is a cup I am guessing at 100 grams or 4 oz but could be way out and muck up all the measuring. The book makes a lot of sense so I will give it a jolly good go.
I live in Belgium and we use grams as well, although most of the times I use American cups. One cup of flour is different from one cup of fluid content. Take a look: Cup to Gram Conversions - Allrecipes
Or buy a set of cups and spoons. They are not expensive and a good investment.
