The 200's look really bad. Most people don't go over 200 at any time. I think you should see a doctor.

I would definitely make an appointment with a doctor and have them do an HbA1c test, an OGTT test ( oral glucose tolerance test). Your fastings aren't too bad but your 2 hour after meal numbers are very high. Diabetics are asked to keep their after meal numbers between 120-140 or lower. Non diabetics rarely spike over 120 and are usually back to fasting pretty quickly. You didn't waste your money on strips. What you may want to do is take one day and do a fasting, before and 2 hours after meals and a bedtime reading. That will give you a more complete picture of how you react to food, stress, exercise and not eating.

You need to see a MD. 182, 213, 203 are too high. every time your BG goes over 140 you are taking baby steps toward complications like neropathy leading to amputation, blindness kidney failure...

carbohydrates raise blood sugar (BG) ALL carbs raise BG wheat, hole wheat, pasta, potato, rice, most fruit and sugar.

exercise lowers BG
drugs lower BG
