99% of the dishes in the house are not only clean, but put away where they belong.

6 month diabetes check up with my Dr.

Metabolic panel everything normal, bad cholesterol at top of normal good at bottom but both normal.
Kidney function normal.
lost 6 lbs in 6 months, could do with more, but at least I am keeping it off, January appointment was a week after spending 3 days in the hospital on no food allowed so a rebound could have happened.
