MCS - Can you share where to buy 'erythitol'? I've seen this ingredient listed in other recipes, but don't remember seeing it in our grocery store.

Strawberry, you can try a local health food store and most seem to carry it at least sometimes but only order like one bag. It would be worth your while to call a couple of health food stores to see if they will order it for you. I use erythritol blended with stevia and the product is called Steviva Blend, I order it directly from Steviva Brands - High quality stevia, stevioside, RebA, Stevia recipes, stevia sweetener, cooking with stevia, stevia rebaudiana, stevia, fructose, fructevia. It is extremely expensive so I then blend Splenda with it to make my kool-aid.
