My breakfast consists of 1/2 a container (5.3oz) of Chobani Greek Yogurt w/fruit. Since the full container has 16g of carbs (depending on what fruit is included), 1/2 of this container is 8g carbs. :surprise:

Since this yogurt is 'fat free' I add one tablespoon of HWC, making it a creamy soft pudding...! LFHC all the way and it holds me over until lunch...My meter tells me it is no problem...:devil:

Sometimes I had a pecan half or two, chopped. Maybe a few blueberries (4-5) and one cut up that's what I call a good breakfast!:biggrin:
