I feel tired from small amounts of activity, physical and mental. I don't know how I'm going to get well enough to hold a job one day. This condition like the cherry on top of the cursed sundae that is my list of health issues.

I pick up my paleo book from the post office tomorrow. Hopefully, I'll be able to make myself use it.

Keep in mind that you may have some days like that & other times you may feel like you have lots of energy. At least that's the case with me. I'll typically feel exhausted & out of breath at times, even though I haven't done anything (like today, all morning). Then, later in the day I'll feel fine & do 30 minutes on my elliptical & feel only slightly tired.

I'm going to try and put these in a better perspective - we usually get ourselves in trouble whern we lose our perspective. I spent my teen years in Ottawa and I still travel there to visit family.

Winter in Ottawa - D-E-P-P-R-E-S-S-I-N-G - My day who is 84 and unsteady on his feet has been complaining to me about this years winter in Ottawa. It's hard on a lot of people.

So like what other commenters have mentioned - go in small steps - if you can just make a little bit of progress I suspect you will find greater success in the Spring, Summer and fall.

The temperature fluctuations in Ottawa have been weird. One day it's 0ºC and the next it's -28ºC, then back up to minus -5ºC. Usually, we get a cold snap in January where it goes down to -40ºC with the wind chill. I hope we don't get that this year. The days are getting a bit longer though. :)
