I keep a shaker of this on the stove right along with the salt & black pepper. I use it on fish, chicken, beef, eggs - everything.

  • 1 tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tbsp. paprika
  • 1 tbsp. ground cumin
  • 1½ tsp. garlic powder
  • 1½ tsp. white pepper
  • 1½ tsp. black pepper
  • 1½ tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1½ tsp. ground thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Combine spices & mix well; keep in air-tight jar.
For hotter spicier seasoning, increase the ratio of any or all of the pepper.
