Ive read all of their labels, and cannot for the life of me figure out how they cliam to have "3g net carbs" etc.
unless im doing something wrong, net carbs are calculated by taking the carb total and subtracting the fiber.
that being said, it reads that the typical Atkins bar has 20 carbs and 3 or 4 fibers. to me, that means 16 or 17 net grams of carbs, NOT "3"
if someone could clear this up, id greatly appreciate it
