Last night I had chicken breast and cottage cheese and that was it no veg or carbs. My stomach felt terrible all night. Tonight I had 2 steakburgers and cottage cheese and nothing else tonight at dinner and a stomach ache again tonight. Does anyone have any stomach aches when all you eat is protein.?

Are you sure it is not the cottage cheese? I seem to have problems with cottage cheese sometimes. As far as the protein, I am not a huge meat eater and usually limit it to less than 26 grams of protein ( 3-4 oz) . I do think too much protein can be converted to glucose and spike bgs much later on.

Cottage cheese has never been a problem. Not sure what the problem is :confused:
