I tried a few apps that were specifically carb counting apps and were never very happy with them. I stick with MyFitnessPal. It has the largest food database that I could find (even local regional brands) and it is easy to add foods not in the database. You can even scan the UPC code to add a food. It is easy to adjust the goals through their website, you can lower the carb goal and raise the fat goal to whatever levels work for you.
