My insurance will cover 80% of the cost for an insulin pump so now I just have to choose one. Problem is that I reallllllly wanted the Accu-Chek Combo but they're apparently having a supply interruption/disruption so they don't when they will be able to get it to me. Mind you I ordered it on September 9th. Anyone have any other pump suggestions????

I have the Accu-Chek combo and would not even consider any other. I had a demo on Accu-Chek, Medtronics, and Animas and the Accu-Check was way out front by far. I think the wait will be worth it. I've had mine a little over a year.

My problem is that I'm just super impatient. I met with Animas, TSlim, and Omnipod reps but I still want the Accu-Chek pump. The biggest plus is how great Accu-Chek's customer service is.

As hard as it may be for you, you should just wait for what you want and what you think is best for you.

Yea I'm going to wait. I got on their Facebook page and the pump coordinator contacted me yesterday to apologize for how long I've been waiting. It's supposed to be here in 7-10 days so we'll see.
