It`s a myth that the fat is dangerous.
Lots of people worldwide has discovered that it is the carbohydrates that is dangerous for our health and weight.
People who has changed their diet to eating little carbs and in stead increased the amount of fat in their diet, has discovered that the high cholesterol goes back to normal, alltough the experts has told us for years we have to avoid fat because that will give us deadly high cholesterol.:confused:
I used google and read lots of documentation why I should stop eating carbs and instead eat fat..
My cholesterol are now perfect, and I have never used any drugs to lower it.
