I got this "somewhere off the internet!" sorry I no longer have the link! But I will certainly make it again ... the original recipe called for sugar!

1/3 c virgin coconut oil / butter or mix
1/2 c cocoa powder
6 eggs
2 TBS davinci or torani chocolate syrup
1/4 c z-sweet or erythritol
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c coconut flour
1 c walnuts or pecans.

melt oil / butter
mix eggs, salt, vanilla, syrup, sugar and cooled oil / butter. I used a hand mixer. Mix in cocoa and then coconut flour carefully -- mix until no longer lumpy, stir in nut pieces, pour into 9 x 9 pan and bake 15 - 20 min at 350.

Watch while baqking and keep checking after minutes.

I love them, my husband says he is "not that impressed." Shrug! More for ME!

Coconut flour has a dry texture that comes through ANYTHING you make with it, doesn't it?

I definitely detected it in the brownies -- but they still lasted less than 36 hours (and it was almost all ME!).

Yea its hard to get past the coconut background flavor along with the sawdust consistency. I used CF and added some xanthum Gum, used way to much xanthum gum, so I ended up with dry and slimy pizza with a coconut flavor. I pulled off the toppings and ate those.
