I use mine in place of butter in any cookie or muffin recipe. I also use it to fry my eggs and veggies in. I like to spread it on my low carb bran crackers. Normally mine is a solid, but we had our first warm weather and now it is a liquid. I think I may store it in the fridge for the summer. If you go to a lot of low carb websites they will have a lot of recipes for coconut oil. Some people stir it into their coffee in the morning. When all else fails it is great on your skin and as a moisturizing treatment for your hair.
