It all depends on what kind of coffee you drink. If you drink sweet instant coffee twice a day, then the probability of diabetes is 70 percent. In this case, it is better to drink natural coffee. For example, there is Arabica coffee. It is often recommended for various diets or some ailments. There is also Robusta coffee, which enjoys the same good reputation as Arabica coffee. I read on https://www.coffeemachineking.com/arabica-vs-robusta-coffee-beans/ about their differences and was shocked. I used to think it was the same coffee since their tastes are similar, as it turned out they are entirely different things. Speaking of which, I've heard that Arabica coffee is a bit of a diabetes-killer (if I may say so).
I still drink coffee daily, the bullet proof style. It's been 3 1/2 years since this thread started and I'm still diabetic. Maybe I need to be more patient.
