I"m really happy that so many of you loves the crackers!
A year ago the doctors finally foud why I lost so much weight and had so much pain in my stomach; I am multi-allergic
I can no longer eat any nuts, almonds, cod, shellfish, soya, gluten, any dairy-products at all (not even butter or cheese) or eggwhites.
I have also got IBS (Irritaded Bowl Syndrom) so there are several other things I can eat just a tiny bit of.
I couldnt live without my crackers, so I really soon found a way to make them (and love them) even without the almonds
I usually eat them with lots of mayonaisse, smoked salomon and spring-onion. That tastes really good!
Most of the days I start with Chia-porridge with some berries (50-100 gram) from the freeze. That is a meal that is easy to make, easy to like and it keeps you satisfied for a long time. I eat the crackers as snacks and also in the evening.
