Not really a recipe, but I didn't know where else to post. I mixed 1/3 of an Atkins Advantage Shake (2g carbs total, so less than 1g), 3 frozen unsweetened soy milk cubes (about 1/3 cup, 5g carbs in a whole cup, so I figure 2 for a 1/3), and 1/3 of a Jello sugar-free Mousse (10g carbs total, 6 from sugar alcohols, so I figure 3 for 1/3 of the cup), and two regular ice cubes in the magic bullet. Blend and enjoy! It satisfies my craving for sweet and creamy, and the protein makes it pretty filling, as well. Really good treat:D
