Crispy Kale

Well, I had made this before it got, but kinda tabled it over the summer.

bunches (and BUNCHES!) of kale, no idea how much might be too much!

Preheat oven to 375 F.

olive oil

salt, pepper, garlic powder, other seasoning (suggestions: chili powder or curry powder)

Wash kale and strip off the stems from bottom to top of leaf. You may need cut out some of the bigger ones after.

Toss in a bowl with olive oil, and seasonings, spread on a cookie sheet and bake, WATCHING CAREFULLY, 10 - 15m in or till crispy.

My verdophobe daughters and their neighborhood pal ADORED this stuff!!! Me, too.
