8 oz. fresh snow peas, cleaned & very lightly sautéed
1 small can tuna, drained
1 cup thinly sliced celery
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1½ tsp. soy sauce
small sprinkle of chow mein noodles
Combine snow peas, tuna, celery, mayonnaise, garlic powder, lemon juice & soy sauce. Chill. Serve in a butterhead/bibb lettuce leaf (they're kinda cup-shaped), or on a leaf of romaine; sprinkle a few chow mein noodles before serving.
I'm making this tonight for our dinner tomorrow. I haven't made it since "D", but it's gotta be good! If snow peas aren't available, substitute Italian flat beans.(also called Romano beans)
