I like this recipe because it isn't fancy-schmancy, not a lot of ingredients and no crust to make, but it tastes good and comes out of the pan easy without falling apart, even though it is crustless. I usually serve it with a little chocolate or strawberry syrup on top.
If you don't want it to fall, let it cool in the oven with the oven door open. I just let mine fall.
Crustless Cheesecake
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
16 pkts. Splenda
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat with mixer, pour in oiled pie plate, bake 30 min. Chill, slice and serve.
