Hello everyone. I love daylight savings time, but I don't adjust well. My body clock will be messed up for weeks. Any suggestions on how to adjust sooner?:confused:

Oh geez - I wish I knew! When I was out in the work force it messed me up royally, and I always figured once I got retired it wouldn't matter . . . I'd just get up earlier or sleep in longer - whatever the case.

NOT so! I think it just plain messes with my mind! I'll be outta sync for weeks!
