My freezer is always stocked with little breakfast link sausages. Since I buy raw - not precooked or frozen - I bake three packages at a time & then freeze 'em. Usually I have them with egg for breakfast, or use one or two alone for a quick zero-carb snack.

But today - jarring myself outta the previously-mentioned funk - I quartered a low-carb high-fiber tortilla, spread a little cream cheese on one wedge, and then rolled it around one of these little links & nuked it for a few seconds. It was so good I hadda go back & make another one (bad habit of mine - can't stop with one)! Now I'm forcing myself to sit here & tell you about it so I won't go and make even MORE.

Thanks Shanny for the great breakfast idea. I'm always in a 'mood' when it comes to deciding what to eat at breakfast time. Your idea sounds wonderful!

Shanny - I've been having a bit of back trouble and some days it is hard to even walk. Going to physical therapy and that should help I hope.
