Doubtful that it does anything for weight loss or burning fat, and it CERTAINLY won't help fight your diabetes . . . there's 19g of carbohydrate in that little cupful. All it's gonna do is spike your blood sugar.
I've never been completely convinced about this whole "detox" thing. My personal opinion is that LCHF reduces the inflammation in the gut and is perhaps the best thing one can do for their health (not to mention BG control).
