2 Get plenty of fiber
3 Go for whole grains

Yes, these are helpful for most People in general. The Person consuming them can decide for themselves when they see their blood sugar tests afterwards.

These however will not stop a Person from getting Type 1 Diabetes and I think Type 1.5 Diabetes since they are both autoimmune diseases.

If a Person has Type 2 in the Family, your Lifestyle points will probably stall them from getting Diabetes but some will still be dxd. eventually since in some cases, Type 2 can be genetic.

Your right. A healthy lifestyle is Best.
