Ok, everyone has heard that you should exercise and watch what you eat.

However, I think the food part goes further than that. I think eating natural, whole, unprocessed foods that help to keep you body's pH levels more alkaline is where it counts the most.

After I read about pH on this website it makes more sense and I think so many people could benefit from this information.
