Diabetic friendly fruit smoothies

I am looking for recipes or ideas on some diabetic friendly (low carb) fruit smoothie drinks or other healthy blended drinks. I would want to use these drinks for a snack or as part of a breakfast. Thank you for any ideas or suggestions.

I Love Smoothies

Sliced ripe medium banana-------------1
Frozen mixed berries------------------------1 1/2 cups(375 ml.)
Soy milk--------------------------------------1/2 cup(125ml)
Fresh mint leaves----------------------------6
Flaxseed(ground)----------------------------1 tablespoon(15 ml.)

Blend all 5 ingredients in a blender or food processor.

Makes 1 3/4 cups(425 ml.). Serves 2.

1 serving:

152 calories
1.9 total fat
0 ml. cholesterol
31 g. carbohydrate
7 g. fibre
5 g. protein
34 ml. sodium

*Some carbs., of course, are necessary for energy.
