Tonight my incision dressing was itching and I just scratched away and before I knew it, I tore the cotton that was wrapped under the bangage. I tried fixing it, but I was just making things worse. Now I know why the bandage and cotton was wrapped the way that they were. I have a 8 inch incision with 10+ stitches, so I tried to re-wrap it and now I am in severe pain. Not sure what to do. Call an urgent care tomorrow and explain what happened and let them re-wrap it? Go to the local firehouse and let them fix it? It has to be fixed since it is seeping. HELP teach the stupid a lesson.

Sorry your not doing well
I would wait till morning OR go to the ER.
that depends on you.

If I was a fireman or EMT I would not touch you with a 10 foot pole (nothing personnel but way too much liability)

It is amazing the things us stupid people do (bean there done that, well not that)

I waited and decided to go to Walmart & Walgreens for supplies. I am not paying out anymore money on the my hand. My hand feels no different. I guess I will play the waiting game and wait to see if my hand gets better---I knew that the surgery was a long shot. I had no idea that the incision would be so long, ouch...ouch..ouch :)
