My knowledge of this is limited, but I do know the GFR test indicates the percentage of remaining kidney function and that 60% and above is okay. I believe these numbers are part of the calculation of the GFR. The National Kidney Foundation has this to say: CLICK But surely whoever ordered these tests for you could make some explanation, even if it isn't an endocrinologist.
