I was just reading up about vitamins for this to help control BG and hunger and the moods that seem to bounce around while adjusting to this. I read that fish oil, vitamin d and b stress are all good for to help this. I seriously need some help to help balance out what ever this is that I am doing. just wondering if other use fish oils and vitamins to help stabilize blood sugar, also read that GTF and cinnamon also help which I have also have them as backup but not started yet, I've only started one thing at a time and that is the fish oil then on to the vitamin d etc.

I also read a article that says fish oil should have 250 mgs of DPA per 1000 but mine only has 124 per 1000 but I read if you want the 250 range you have to order it on line. Does anyone know anything about this?
