This one was obvious, a variation on the microwave cracker. But good ...

1/4 c flaxmeal
2 TBS sesame seeds (they do add flavor and body but also a bit of carb 2g)
1 packet truvia or other sweetener, could use 1/2
1 tsp or less cinnamon.
Water to mix -- 1/4 + c

Mix all rest a bit to absorb water, smear on parchment, nuke till dry -- 5 -7 min, and slather with butter.

Those sound good Linda. I do a variation of the same thing. I mix ground flax seed with some whole flax seed, hot water till it forms a dough (peanut butter like). I use the glass plate in the bottom of the wave, cover it with the dough, nuke until it holds its own, flip and nuke some more. The topping is a 50/50 mix of cream cheese and heavy cream sweetened with splenda, aspertame, sachrin. Spread this out then sprinkle with Cinnamon.
