1/4 c flaxmeal
2 TBS sesame seeds (they do add flavor and body but also a bit of carb 2g)
1 packet truvia or other sweetener, could use 1/2
1 tsp or less cinnamon.
Water to mix -- 1/4 + c
Mix all rest a bit to absorb water, smear on parchment, nuke till dry -- 5 -7 min, and slather with butter.
