Some docs are just idiots.... A co-worker of my husband had a similar story....

The guy had been on deployment in Sicily and had been seeing the flight surgeon for groin pain the whole time...and when you have problems in that area the navy docs test for everything including stds... They sent him home early so he could hopefully get relief before he transferred to his next duty station. He took all his records of what had been tested for...explained his symptoms..etc...and the doc never opened his record...looked at him and said you have an STD...his reasoning...he was the right age, he was a sailor, and he had been on deployment...the poor guys wife was there during all this... I told my husband he would have been bailing me out of jail cause I would have punched the doc

They reported him to tricare and the hospital medical board... I do know he was taken off the tricare provider list
