Ever wonder what a pump looks like or CGM?

The man in this video demonstrates attaching a pump and a continuous glucose monitor.

I have read here many discussions about pumps, but wasn't all that clear how one attaches them. I'm better informed now. And even more impressed with what T1s have to go through.

Thanks for sharing that VeeJay. My 14 yo DGD is a T1 and has been doing this for 7+ years. She's been on a pump for a while, but recently went on a CGM as she is away at a private high school now. She lives in CA so I don't get to see her often. I knew what it all entailed but the visual was very enlightening.
Thanks for posting this VeeJay I had no idea about pumps or cgms. Like you, after watching the vid, I have a greater respect for what Pumpers contend with.

I followed the link to see for myself and was surprised to see that I know the guy. :) He's a huge celebrity in the computer programmer circles.

I actually follow DiabeticDanica on youtube. She's corny but pretty funny and a lot of good info on her youtube videos and blog. Teaches you a lot about pumps and CGMs amongst other things.
Thankyou so much for that. It is very timely for me since I get my pump on Thursday.
