I get exercise where I can when i can. sometimes it's pre-breakfast I'm lucky that i usually don't spike w/ exercise but of course Your Mileage May Vary

I didn't read the article but I checked a couple times and right after excercise my BG was slightly elevated but an hour or so later it dropped like a bomb (within safe limits).

I simply don't have time to do morning exercise with my schedule. I do the treadmill thing at about 8PM every night and it works well in keeping my BG under control.
