Hi,

My son is Type 1 and we are currently giving him 4 subcutaneous shots a day, I am looking into the pump and wonder how old were your children when you had them start the pump? My son is 20 months old.

My husband's cousin's son is now three and went on a pump right around his second birthday. Have you talked to your pediatric endocrinologist about it yet?

Hi Mary,

We mentioned maybe wanting to get him on one.....but I wanted to research it before the endo tells me what to get. I wanted to see what works for others.
