Fast acting carbs that don't smell sweet?

Hey, I wasn't sure where to put this. It's kind of a weird question. I'm going to help out at my sister's camp and will be out in the woods for a week. I've been having some 'lows' issues (for example, last night I dropped to 38 and I'm not sure why except that I skipped a meal) so I want to be sure to bring some fast acting sugar to counteract it. The problem is this camp happens to have a bear problem. I don't want to attract bears but I don't love the idea of having to find someone and wake them up if I hit another low like last night since I was shaking and finding it tricky to get to the kitchen, let alone stumble around a campground in the dark. Does anyone know have any ideas? Or know how good a bear's sense of smell is for that matter? We've been told not to bring anything food scented, even shampoo or lotion so I've hit a wall.

Thank you :)

There are the tubes of cake decorator icing. I have never bought them. I took a couple of diabetes self-management classes and one of the educators said that she carried a small tube of the icing with her. With that low of 38, you really need to carry something. Glucose tablets can be bought 10 to a container and wouldn't be exposed until you took the cap off. Glucose drinks are available in small bottles at Walmart, Walgreens, Target ect.
Thank you for the suggestions. :) I might just end up sniffing thing until I find something I can't smell XD
i have two to give you a half can of pop this will work or any high sugar juices. i also say bears have very good sense of smell.
