Honestly I'd go with the minimed....
The Accu-check spirit is okay. I've seen it as my clinic I go to when I first started had only ever seen that model. To many button presses and the fact of it is the Spirit is outdated. In some places you can get their pump that now comes with a meter you can remote bolus with. and there isn't anything extra to carry around with the MM CGMS system, your pump is the receiver and the graphs show up there......
