The recipe is similar to my almondoodle cookies:


1-1/2 cups ground flax seed (Red Bob organic is like flour)
1/2 cup of whole flax seed
1 egg
1/2 cup of coconut oil
1- tsp of cream of tartar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp of salt
3/4 cup of splenda (any art sweetner should work)
1/2 tsp vanila
cinnamon

Blend egg, sweetner, coconut oil till smooth, then add the cream of tartar, baking soda, salt, ground flaxseed, whole flaxseed. Refrigerate until you can form a ball.

I then rolled walnut sized balls in splenda and cinn, baked at 375 for 10 minutes. Crunchy, sweet and lot less calories than the almond cookies. Still they were really good.
