I just bought a loaf of the Sesame bread. I've been making grilled cheese spread with coconut oil and I cook them in my old painni maker. The french toast sounds fantastic.
I pay 3.89 at Trader Joes or buy it on when it goes on sale at our local store. It is pricey but I only go through a loaf a week. Since eating it my bg control has been a lot better. Since I don't buy any processed junk food anymore I figure it is the same price as a bag of chips. I've experimented with different bread recipes and haven't found anything that rises. I make an almond flour bread that is pretty good but more like the consistency of banana bread. I have also made flaxseed foccacia bread which is pretty good.
