Lucky you, Bugg! Our radishes & lettuce are looking good, and I gotta go out & pick peas today, or my everlovin' will let them go until they get too big & starchy.

Oh, how I wish! We have been told by our local grocery store that they are unable to source any kind of squash.......*sigh* The joys of small town living.....

Letters/notes/recipes in Mom's handwriting are some of my most cherished belongings too. But #1 is her old cast iron skillet which I think belonged to HER mother too. I couldn't manage - I for SURE couldn't cook - without that skillet.
