I totally agree with you fox. We are preached at by our health care professionals that elevated levels can lead to heart disease. I think it is a missed opportunity to add it to the mix of other things that could have caused his death.
I actually got a bit angry after hearing of his death. He may have been doing all the "right" things, trying to eat low fat, high carb as recommended... and it was killing him. If only docs would get their heads out of the sand and realize what way of eating really works, he might have been saved!
