Ok, I have tried to figure out what GG crackers are, but I am not having any luck. So I figure I will just give up and ask y'all..lol

What are GG crackers?..:D

You are welcome - I have seen them in some Health Food stores in the UK but I favour a brand call Finn Crisps myself. Wafer thin and very crispy ... ;D

I cannot find them locally but buy them by the case at Netrition. I normally put in a big order every 6 months are so . Since it is flat rate shipping I put a big order in.

In Dr Bernsteins book he uses them as cereal.

I use 'em for cereal - I had a bowlful just last night. Here's how: http://www.diabetesforum.com/diabetes-recipes/6048-gg-granola.html#post49235 I also add sesame seeds or whole flax seeds . . . whatever kinds of nuts you like. I like it better than regular grain cereals - it stays crunchy. I don't always use almond milk either - lots of times I use good ol' dairy cream! =)
