1 slice GG bran crispbread, coarsely crumbled or equivalent Optimist's Crackers
1/2 ounce chopped walnuts
1/2 ounce chopped pecans
1/2 ounce sliced almonds
1/2 ounce shredded unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup almond milk
dash of salt
sweetener of choice
Makes one very filling serving. :D (you could always cut back a little on the nuts to shave calories - plus I forgot to add sesame seed—I put that in sometimes too.)
