Been having a hard time with my bg but I downloaded this app called cardio workout for my iPhone it's 9 exercises for 30 sec each just enough to get yr heart pounding but not killing u. It will take my bg numbers down by 4 points that is very satisfying to finally get a hold of this also got a recumbent bike ride it for 20 min what a great way to spend 1/2 hr a day . Well have a happy and healthy 2012 .
