I could eat eggs benedict three times a day - I dearly LOVE it! And I HAVE used tomato instead of any kind of bread - fried green tomato. OMG - heavenly! I may have to have this for lunch, since I slept through breakfast (another one of my sleep the clock around nights).

Now if I can get past the eggs bennie picture, I'll go browse the rest of the blog!
