I've really missed having cold cereal and milk. However, I've found a milk product made by "Hood". They have various flavors. I've tried the 2% white milk as well as the chocolate. Both are very similar to regular milk products and the chocolate is quite tasty. Only 3 carbs/cup. Unfortunately, I've only found it at one local store and they don't often have the 2% white when I stop in. But a small bowl of a lower carb cereal (Wheaties) with this milk means that I can occasionally enjoy my cold cereal later in the day! Check out the Hood website if you want more info

We have been using the SO unsweetened Coconut Milk. It is pretty good and nice and thick and I think only 2 carbs. I don't eat cereal but I use it in Smoothies and when making cream soups and Bisques.
