Hello,

I would like to know the nutrition facts of this greek salad I ate.

It contained: Tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, light white cheese, green and yellow bell peppers as well as a side yogurt sauce (which I have used a very, very slight amount of).

And then a small bowl of mashed potatoes?

Unless you carefully measured all the amounts of things it would be hard to give you an exact number. If anything the mashed potatoes probably had twice the carbs as the greek salad. Most vegetables are 5-7 carbs per 1/2- 1 cup. Potatoes are usually 20-22 carbs per 1/2 cup.
